  • How can I place an order ?

  • To place an order for your favorite item you need to:

    1. Go to the page of your chosen product.

     

    1. Check the quantity if you would like to order more than one item.

     

    1. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button to proceed to checkout.

     

    1. And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information, and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed ?

  • You will receive an email containing all the details of your order.


    In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.


  • What should I do if I didn't receive confirmation ?

  • We always recommend you to check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us. it is likely you have made a typing error in your email address. The order confirmation is automatically mailed to you within a few minutes from completing your order. If you still can't find your order confirmation after making a purchase, please email us at contact@mozace.com.  and we will be glad to assist you !


  • Why does the discount code not work ?

  • Be sure to copy the exact discount code and take into account possible capital letters. Please note that some discount codes do have expiration dates. If you think there is an error with your promotion code, send us an email at contact@mozace.com .


  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE PRODUCTS BEFORE I BUY THEM?

  •  We sell all our items online and do not have an actual retail store which you can visit. Feel free to email us at contact@mozace.com . for additional photos or questions. We can usually get back to you within 1-2  business days.
